The values provided assume a half-time condition for the aircraft and may or may not be tied to a specific serial number. This product is most often used by Clients who wish to ascertain a preliminary value of an aircraft for a specific transaction prior to doing a desktop or full desktop appraisal.

The spreadsheet includes the following:

2. May not be specifically related to any individual aircraft
3. Report Submitted in Adobe PDF

VALUES LEVEL 2: AIRCRAFT MARKET LETTER

A market letter is a valuation report typically used to provide some brief information about the current market of a specific aircraft as well as some preliminary values for such aircraft. It will include our value definitions, assumptions, and methodology as well as a valuation spreadsheet for the aircraft in question.

The letter includes the following:
1. Values & Industry market data for type aircraft selected
2. Is not specifically related to any individual aircraft

VALUES LEVEL 3: AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL (DESKTOP APPRAISAL)

A desktop appraisal is one which does not include any inspection of the aircraft or review of its maintenance records. It is based upon assumed aircraft condition and maintenance status or information provided to the appraiser or from the appraisers own database. A desktop appraisal would normally provide a value for a mid-time, mid-life aircraft.

The appraisal includes the following:
1. Unbiased Certified Appraisal based on client submitted data of a specific aircraft. Client must complete CV Aircraft Datasheet
2. Value definitions: Fair Market Value, Future Fair Market Value, Liquidation Value (Orderly or Forced), Diminished Value, Replacement Value, Retrospective Value
3. Service includes: Printed report, images & large files on compact disk, shipping cost, necessary conference calls, emails, letters as required to see project through to completion

VALUES LEVEL 4: CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL (EXTENDED DESKTOP APPRAISAL)

An extended desktop appraisal is one which is still characterized by the absence of any on-site inspection of the aircraft or its maintenance records, but does include consideration of maintenance status information that is provided to the appraiser from the client, aircraft operator, or in the case of a second opinion, possibly from another appraisers report. An extended desktop appraisal would normally provide a value that includes adjustments from the mid-time, mid-life baseline to account for the actual maintenance status of the aircraft.

The appraisal includes the following:
1. Unbiased Certified Appraisal based on client submitted data of actual conditions & times of a specific aircraft. Client must complete CV Aircraft Datasheet
2. Value definitions: Fair Market Value, Future Fair Market Value, Liquidation Value (Orderly or Forced), Diminished Value, Replacement Value, Retrospective Value

VALUES LEVEL 5: CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL (FULL APPRAISAL)

A full appraisal is one that includes an inspection of the aircraft and its maintenance records. This inspection is aimed solely at determining the overall condition of the aircraft and records to support the value opinions of the appraiser, and would not, for example, include opening of inspection panels on the aircraft or a detailed review of record archives. A full appraisal would normally provide a value that includes adjustments from the mid-time, mid-life baseline to account for the actual maintenance status of the aircraft, and possibly other adjustments to reflect the findings of the inspection of the aircraft and its records.

The appraisal includes the following:
1. Unbiased Certified Appraisal based on inspection by Collateral Verifications, LLC personnel

VALUES LEVEL 6: CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL WITH FULL RECORDS AUDIT (COMPREHENSIVE APPRAISAL)

A comprehensive appraisal is one that includes a detailed inspection of the aircraft and records. Sufficient detail is required, for example, to insure that the records are in sufficiently good order to allow for the re-registration of the aircraft in a different country.

The appraisal includes the following:
1. All services of CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL + All Services of AIRCRAFT RECORDS FULL AUDIT
2. Service includes: Printed report, images & large files on compact disk, shipping cost, necessary conference calls, emails, letters as required to see project through to completion

The report includes CVs value definitions, methodology, and assumptions as well as providing values as requested by the Client. The values included in the report can be reflected on a half-time basis or adjusted for the current maintenance status of each aircraft.

The report includes the following:
1. Unbiased Certified Appraisal based on client submitted data of a specific aircraft. Client must provide aircraft specifications.
