To Record an Aircraft Lien..
 Send a check or money order made payable to the United States Treasury in the amount of $5 (U.S. Funds) for each piece of collateral (propeller-type engines must be 750 HP or greater) and include the document, signed in ink, granting the security interest in the aircraft.

Describe the aircraft by manufacturer, model, serial number, and registration number. Debtor must be registered owner.
